No Sugar November Challenge — DAY 3 (FOOD DIARY)

Happy Friday, guys!

Don’t give into temptation this weekend; stay strong with your No Sugar lifestyle and in a few more days it will pay off. Today was way easier and I feel like I have more energy. This may be a placebo effect, but I’ll see how I feel in a few more days.

I think the trick is to be consistent with what you’re eating. That’s why I have developed a routine and try to eat the same things daily.

Here is what I ate as of 6:02pm EST

According to a story that I found on CNN, cutting sugar in just 10 days has amazing results for children. So if you started doing this, it may be time to get your kids involved, too.
